When my husband and I tried to coordinate a time to go and see the fireplace we had selected we found Rick and Dennis very flexible in offering to come in after hours if necessary. Dennis showed us several of their displays, including the one we wanted to purchase. He went into great detail on all the pros, as well as cons, of each fireplace. When we made our decision the scheduling for installations was very timely.
The installation crew was on time, courteous, and professional. The best part was the cost was exactly as quoted.
Because of a power outage a few weeks ago we had an opportunity to try out our fireplace much sooner than anticipated and it worked wonderfully. We couldn’t be more pleased with our service at The Fireplace Hut and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a fireplace.
