When I asked for advice on a wood burning insert for an old fireplace in my home I contacted The Fireplace Hut and, after checking the dimensions of the fireplace, I was recommended to purchase a Pacific Energy Vista insert. I was given an accurate estimate of costs including installation and placed the order. Within a month an appointment was made to install the insert and the workers arrived as promised. The installer was obviously knowledgeable and meticulously precise in all his preparations and assembly. The installation was completed in 6 hours and I was impressed with the care and attention to detail of each step in the process.
The Vista performs excellently well, I have tested it in warming the house adequately without using the natural gas furnace as it would need to do in an emergency and am delighted with the performance. I would recommend the Fireplace Hut unreservedly and the Vista insert as well. I would be willing to allow prospective buyers to visit my home and see for themselves if that would assist.
